Melissa grew up in Texas and Oklahoma and realized the healing impact of music and art at a young age. She studied voice under the teaching of Dr. Florence Birdwell while earning her Bachelor's of Music at OCU and is forever grateful for that time. Now based in New York, she has found many opportunities in music, theatre, film, and voice over, and is hopeful to find many more! She loves spending time in Central Park, visiting museums and gardens, reading, spending time with loved ones, and finding moments of stillness in this bustling city she calls home.
